Volunteer Camping
This year we have reserved Organized Group Camping Site 3 for the exclusive use of our volunteers. OG Site 3 is located at the top of the road above the cabin area. This site will be free to all our volunteers only and a spot can be reserved with our volunteer coordinator. Toilets are located nearby and the bath houses in the cabin area can be utilized as they are just at the bottom of the hill. Volunteers are also welcome to make their own arrangements but we wanted to offer a free alternative.

WE Cabins
Each year, I personally reserve as many park cabins as possible when they become available 11 months out from race weekend. They are now available to reserve for race weekend. They are reserved from Thursday 3pm through Monday 9am and come in 4 person or 8 person occupancy. A 4 person cabin will have 2 full size beds while a 8 person cabin will have 4 full size beds. Each cabin has a small kitchen with fridge, fireplace, table, dressers, and typically a covered porch with fireplace outside. If you are interested in a cabin, please email. They will go quick.

Service Requirement
I've had a few emails this past week about what will qualify for service hours. I have one question that you can ask yourself that will make it pretty obvious if the service will meet my qualifications. Does this service I am performing going to benefit the ultra trail running community? Helping at a local 5k event does not satisfy the requirements as it doesn't impact the target audience. Doing trail work on some random trail you use won't satisfy the requirement either. We will be having 3 work days at Worlds End/Loyalsock Forest in March, April, and May. There will be plenty of opportunities available!
